"Shout outs and Thank You's Continue from Seven Hills Skydivers. This year we had a huge change in venue when we gave up control of our kitchen and allowed Mad-City Chefs to come in and take control. Without a clue as to what to expect from a bunch of skydivers, Mad-City Chefs came in and with their team managed to WOW roughly 150 people. Food was unbelieveable, and the presentaion fantastic! So much of our stress load was reduced with your team guys! We would be honored to do this again next year if we did not scare you away! (But oddly enough, you all seemed to blend in perfectly with a rather bizzare cultue.) Thank you so much for the fantastic times, the brilliant food, and the awesome Team T-shirt."

Ethan at Mad City Chefs did an excellent job catering our wedding. All of the food was outstanding and our guests raved about it. They specialize in small plates but worked with us to put together a delicious assortment of appetizers and a dinner buffet. Honestly it was some of the best food I've ever had and I am a pretty good cook who eats out a lot. The Peruvian chicken was divine and the citrus salmon was the best salmon I've ever tasted. Ethan and his staff were just wonderful to work with and we couldn't have been happier. My only regret is we left the next day for the honeymoon and had to give away most of the left overs. I highly recommend Mad City Chefs!
